Landscape Structures was the first playground company in North America to have its manufacturing processed certified to ISO 14001 standards for environmental stewardship.
Landscape Structures is an exclusive partner of Global ReLeaf, a program of American Forest. For every playground we manufacture and sell, trees are planted through Global ReLeaf to offset the carbon dioxide produced while manufacturing that specific playground. Since 2008, we have planted over 50,000 trees. A sign is available to let the community know that its playground is directly benefiting forests elsewhere on the planet – forests that filter water, remove air pollution, sequester carbon, and provide homes and nourishment to wildlife. Every tree improves the environment.And now, so does every playground.
We include an environmental statement sheet on every sales quote that contains the carbon footprint of the product and the number of trees that will be planted through Global ReLeaf to offset the carbon dioxide.This environmental statement also lists the recycled content of the products and LEED information for recycled content.

Nearly all Landscape Structures products are made in Delano, Minnesota. We are so proud of this fact, that we include a country-of-origin information sheet for our products on every sales quote. Not only does this create and keep jobs in the United States, it also helps maintain control over the quality of the play equipment you purchase. While other manufacturers are increasingly sourcing components from overseas to drive down cost, Landscape Structures believes it’s worth it. You deserve better. And so does our country.
